With over ten years experience in the industry, seven years of which at a Head Chef level and to a three Rosette standard I am a passionate and enthusiastic member of any brigade; and consider myself highly competent throughout all sections of the kitchen with a particular apptitude for Pastry. I am a Freelance Chef Consultant and available worldwide for short-term and long-term contracts, as well as private dining experiences; and as I contract on a self-employed basis there are no agency fees or other contributions to be payable by my clients.
